Volunteer with Holistic Community Health
At the center of Holistic Community Health is a belief in collective care.
In our logo, you’ll see an Adinkra symbol, part of visual language from West African culture that represent values, ethics, and ways of living. The symbol used by HCH is Boafo Ye Na.
Boafo Ye Na speaks to the rarity of a willing helper. It represents support, cooperation, teamwork, and shared responsibility. The Akan expression associated with this symbol reminds us that people who consistently show up for others are rare and deeply needed.
Holistic Community Health is built in the spirit of Boafo Ye Na.
